points application rules

1. every 10 riyals is counted as 1 point( 10 riyals = 1 point )
2. the amount is calculated according to the rental amount of the apartment, excluding taxes( taxes not included )
3. each point is counted as 1 riyal
4. the minimum amount for redeeming points is 300 point
6. applied to monthly and yearly rent
